- Long term alcohol abuse can cause named brain diseases.
- Studies have shown that even moderation is not very good.
- The reason why it is not good is, alcohol disrupts your sleep. Even though people drink it to go to sleep faster, the sleep is much more superficial and it is not deep. It is not a healthy sleep.
- So, overall, it is not good for sleep, depth, health, and therefore, brain health.
